These terms govern your purchase of products from Cozy Bee Studio. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
We sell personalized children's storybooks as physical printed books and as digital PDF downloads. Each book is custom-made using the name, details and photo you provide.
Orders & personalization
- After checkout we will email you to collect the child's photo and personalization details.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details and for having the right to use any photo you send.
- We may share a digital proof; production begins once details are confirmed.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
Shipping
Physical books are printed on demand and shipped by our print partner. Delivery times vary by destination; estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Digital PDFs are delivered electronically and are not shipped.
Cancellations & refunds
Because each book is personalized and made to order, it is exempt from the standard right to cancel once production has begun, and personalized items are generally non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or differs materially from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
Intellectual property
All story text, illustrations and designs remain our property. We grant you a personal, non-commercial licence to use the finished book. You retain ownership of the photos you provide and grant us a licence to use them solely to produce your order.
Liability
We provide our products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
