Our products are made with sustainability in mind. All products are freshly made, meaning they are crafted upon order, which eliminates the need for large production runs and reduces waste.
For domestic order, production time is 1-5 business days (usually 2 days) and the standard shipping time is 2-5 business days (usually 3 days). If you need your item to arrive in 3 business days, please review our express delivery option below that offers production and delivery in just 2-3 working days.
International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).
Cancellation
Our fulfillment process is automated, so we do not accept order cancellation but we can help you update your order within 1 hour of purchase.
Exchanges
We highly recommend our customers to review our size chart before purchase. Since our products are printed to order, we do not accept exchanges but please contact us support@cozybeestudio.com so we can come up with a potential solution for you.
Return
At Cozy Bee Studio, our goal is to ensure your absolute satisfaction with every purchase. If your purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may request for a replacement or a refund to your original payment method for any incorrect, damaged or defective items received by contacting support@cozybeestudio.com within 30 DAYS of purchase.
Kindly get in touch with us to request a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.

- Claims for misprinted, damaged, incorrect or defective items.

Claims For Misprinted, Damaged, Incorrect Or Defective Items
- For shirt or sweatshirt, please lay the garment on a flat surface and take a clear picture of the entire garment and the design. Please contact support@cozybeestudio.com within 30 DAYS of purchase.
- We do not assume responsibility for clothing damages resulting from improper care or handling, or due to incorrect sizing.
- Merchandise colors may vary slightly due to factors such as photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Additionally, clothing patterns may exhibit variations. It's important to note that these instances do not qualify as defects, and if a return to our warehouse is initiated, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Claims For Package Lost In Transit
- If your package goes missing during transit, just make sure to submit any claims within 30 DAYS of purchase. But no worries! We've got you covered and will take care of the expenses for reprinting and shipping a replacement order to you.
Claims For Missing Package Even If The Shipment Tracking Indicate It Was Delivered
- If the delivery was marked as completed, but your package might have ended up in an unexpected spot at your place. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier/local post office to check for any additional information provided by the delivery person, such as a note specifying the location, for instance: "Placed beneath the table on the back porch.”
Claims For Delayed Delivery
- If your order has not been shipped within 7 business days, please contact support@cozybeestudio.com for a status update.
